1. Parties
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the LLM Visibility service (the "Service"), operated by Leo Ramos, Carrer Ca N'Oliva 43, 08020 Barcelona, España, contact info@llmvisibility.tech ("we", "us"). By creating an account you ("Customer") accept these terms.
2. Service description
LLM Visibility is a SaaS platform that monitors how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT and Gemini) describe and recommend brands. The Service is provided on a credit-based model: each prompt run, deep audit or AI-powered action consumes credits from your wallet.
3. Account
You must provide accurate registration data and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. You must be of legal age and have capacity to contract.
4. Subscriptions and credits
Subscription plans renew automatically on the anniversary of the subscription (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before renewal. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of each billing cycle and does not roll over unless explicitly stated. Additional credit packs can be purchased separately and do not expire for 12 months from the purchase date.
Prices and plan details are published on the Pricing page. VAT will be added where applicable.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: you may request a refund of an unused subscription period or credit pack within 14 days of purchase, provided you have used no more than 20% of the credits included in that purchase.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer the platform; (b) use it to spam, harass, defame or violate the rights of others; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access; (d) use it for illegal activities. We may suspend the account for serious or repeated breaches.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its source code, design and documentation, is owned by Leo Ramos. The data you input remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the Service.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers (LLM APIs, hosting, payment processors).
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate the account for material breach with prior notice.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not accept the changes you may cancel the subscription before they take effect.
12. Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
