What data we collect
- Account data: email, name, password hash, language and country preference.
- Billing data: company name, fiscal address, VAT id and payment method token (processed by our payment provider Stripe).
- Service data: brand projects, prompts, competitors and results you create inside the platform.
- Usage data: device, browser, IP, pages visited, actions inside the app, captured through technical and (with consent) analytics cookies.
- Communications: any message you send us by email or contact form.
Legal basis
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for creating and operating your account and delivering the service.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c) for invoicing, accounting and tax records.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) for fraud prevention, service security and product improvement.
- Consent (Art. 6.1.a) for analytics cookies and marketing communications.
How we use your data
We use your data to operate the platform, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing receipts), respond to your requests, comply with tax law and improve the product.
In addition, we may use service data in aggregated and anonymised form (e.g. prompts, brands, citations and visibility scores generated inside the platform) to produce internal and public market-research studies about how AI assistants describe brands, industries and topics. These studies never identify individual users or customers, do not include personal data, and are based on de-identified, statistical aggregates derived from the platform's database. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in researching and improving the AI-visibility market; you may object at any time by writing to info@llmvisibility.tech.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors strictly necessary to run the service:
- Stripe (payments)
- Supabase (database, authentication, file storage)
- OpenAI, Google (LLM inference for the queries you run inside the platform)
- Email delivery providers for transactional email
- Hosting and CDN providers
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some processors are located outside the EEA (mainly the United States). Transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Retention
Account and service data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion for backups and security logs. Invoices are kept for 6 years as required by Spanish accounting law.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, delete, port, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights write to info@llmvisibility.tech. You also have the right to file a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
