    Refund Policy

    Our promise

    We want you to feel confident trying LLM Visibility. If the platform isn't right for you, you can request a refund — provided you have barely used it.

    When you can request a refund

    You may request a full refund of any subscription period or credit pack purchase within 14 calendar days of the charge, as long as you have consumed no more than 20% of the credits included in that purchase.

    Example: if your plan includes 1,000 monthly credits, you can request a refund as long as no more than 200 credits have been used during that billing period.

    When a refund is not available

    • More than 20% of the credits in the purchase have been used.
    • More than 14 calendar days have passed since the charge.
    • The account has been suspended for breach of our Terms & Conditions.
    • Credit packs that have been fully consumed before the refund request.

    How to request a refund

    Send an email to info@llmvisibility.tech from the email address registered in your account, including:

    • Date and reference of the charge to be refunded.
    • A short reason (optional but helpful so we can keep improving).

    We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method. Stripe and your bank may take additional days to reflect the refund.

    Renewals and cancellations

    To prevent future renewals, cancel your subscription from your account settings before the renewal date. Once a renewal charge has been made, the policy above applies.

    Statutory rights

    This policy is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Spanish law.
